Cams... Worth it?

I would do a larger blower first.. You would still see an increase in power under the curve with just cams, but for the price I would buy a used KB.. Then get cams..

JDM made around 610rwhp with a ported Eaton/Cam combo with NO spray. That should tell you if they are worth it or not :cool1:

You can go a long ways w/o cams or ported heads. The 4V head is very effective w/ out any work. But it this way I have seen a 98 Cobra go 8.30s on stock cams and unported heads. I would put my money into making the cars suspension work well, or a drive train that isn't going to break. JMO.
