I would imagine around 6,000 rpms, since that pulley is spinning that Eaton pretty hard at that speed. He'll have to experiment to see what works best on his car, but 6,000 is a good place to start.

There will be a little time lag as he sees the light and reacts. You have to figure that in. Start at 6,000 with the light and have someone else watch where the RPMs go as he shifts.
