They sent me the wrong tensioner, can I use it?

It has the same surface area for the belt but its not grooved. If I have to wait another week I'll neve be ble to strangle enough people to satisfy my rage! Stock on the left and the one they call a tensioner for the '03 Cobra on the right. It says it on the invoise and the arm are identical except for the code. Stock is: 1L3V-AA shipped:2R3V-AA

I wouldn't use that new one. The grooves are there for a reason. Helps keep the belt running true.

How bad is the original pulley?
Can the bearing still be swapped?
Maybe I can help you with that if the pulley isn't trashed too bad.
