Having a problem with the Cobra :(

When I go to turn the car over it makes a clicking sound...

ok, I figured it was a starter, to be sure I had the battery tested,
replaced the starter, still no idea...

When the starter is hooked up (but not attached to the car it will work)
but when you bolt it on (it won't work)

I was then thinking neutral safety switch (thats fine)

What the hell is wrong with this thing????

I am taking her to a mechanic tonight, if he can't think of anything, maybe one of you guys have an idea...

I go for an interview with SVTOA on Monday and don't want to drive
the SRT-4
I should be in the Cobra ya know?

Hmmm... don't know my car that well yet, but chech the starter solenoid, sometimes sticks. In the past, you could tap it and see if unsticks... if not replace that.

It's usually connected direclty to the battery so follow the wire and you should find it.

Make sure you have a good ground. They can cause havoc on electrical problems

Try using another known good battery. And check the solenoid wire at the starter
for a good connection. These are usually corroded or broken.
