The week I got my car I started posting videos of the Coyote GTs and conversions on CMC. You should have seen the amount of PMs I got from people asking about these cars. They have been out for almost 2 years and it seems no one knows much about them. haha

A few people I know went to test drive them. A couple people bought them already. A couple others are trying to sell their New Edge GT/Cobras for them. They said the power was unreal for a n/a car, the ride and handling great and the car was just nicer as far as interior and quality went. One guy even complained after the test drive that his Lexus didn't seem to be as nice.

They are great cars. They are not for everyone though. But the Mustang has come a long way.

And the motor is what the LS1 was to GM guys. Stock coyote motor cars going 10s.

The motor is only two years old. Wait till they tuners get to know what these motors like. And add into it aftermarket parts? I can't wait!

The motor really is amazing. I've done two or three 3rd gear pulls... and while the car pulls hard lower in the RPM range, it'll start ripping the tires loose in the upper RPMs... at something like 80mph+.... It's pretty insane. The car hauls some serious balls for being bone stock.

This $7xx tune package has my attention.

No it does not. I got this car when it popped up as a trade in. John, Beast on here, posted on CMC/ChiSVT that he took this car on trade. Offered me a unreal price. So I had to jump on it. The car will get a full suspension and Brembo brakes. I had seen used take off brembo brakes for $600. So I was not to worried. I already have brand new calipers I picked up cheap. And plan to get the Full Tilt Boogie 2 piece rotors. All said and done the rotors weigh 1 pound LESS than the GT base 13" brake rotors. With the hook up on the calipers, rotors and buying the stainless brake hoses I will actually have a better set up for less than the FRPP Brembo conversion package. So that worked out well.

And now that I scored those GT500 wheels for cheap I have wheels to clear the calipers. So set there now too. Things are coming together nicely with the car. haha

The auto is good in these cars. Not chirping gears with stock setting but still strong. I have seen low 13s to high 12s with drag radials. CAI, muffler tune and such I have seen high 11s.

They have blower cars with autos going 9s. So ya, not a bad trans. hahaha


Go test drive the white one Beast has at Al Pomontie. It is a clean car that is loaded up pretty well. I know the original owner. He drives like an old man. Not sure why he even bought it in the first place. hahaha
