How easy is it to install a catted X?

i have an opportunity to buy a magnaflow catted X pipe. i looked under the car, the driver's side looks like a piece of cake where it connects to the stock headers? exhaust piping. the passenger side looks like a pita, is that the starter in the way? did you take it off to get the x pipe installed? thanks

edit: also i just had a new pulley and a tune by Kurgan. i have a catback already, do you think it will mess up the tune at all? thanks

I would talk to Bob about your tune. I don't remember the X pipe being too bad when I helped Notch_U do his. If you've got a u joint for your sockets and some extensions you should be good.

It's a lot easier if the car's on a lift and you have air tools.
