Stock ride height I'm assuming? Is it rubbing on both sides or just one?

I foresee 3/8" spacers in your future

Steeda sport springs, lowered 1"
I only tried one side (driver)

Do they rub with the car on the ground, or just when the suspension is unloaded?

Unloaded
Like Derek said, I could not get the wheel flush with the hub to tighten the lugs. :(

offset might be different on those wheels, are they 03 cobra's?

thats the right backspacing for that wheel, 22mm offset would work better on your car but Im not sure they make an 03 wheel with that offset.

Most replica 10.5 wheels(bullitt,FR500,saleens) have 22mm offset, you are gonna have to run a small spacer.
