billetflow pulleys are a 2 piece design where you can swap rings... they are also aluminum and have the reichard design... the UPR is a steel pulley.. from what i understand, the serpentine grooves are cut a a little more aggressive angle on the billetflow to help "pinch" the ribs on the belt for more traction..

Yes Like Bob said get a billetflow. The diameter size will not give you more or less boost. .04 is nothing in this case.

the billetflow has cuts in the pulley for more grip like said above

Plus the quality is a TON better with Billetflow, they use aircraft grade aluminum if i'm not mistaken, and UPR is junk steel.
