Anyone get terrible neck pain from working on their Cobra?

My neck has been absolutely killing me for months now....and its the most apparent after I wake up from sleeping all night. I tried different pillows, different sleeping positions...nothing helped. Sometimes it hurts so bad I think its gonna snap in two if I move it the wrong way.

...And then I had a realization; This started happening about a month after I started working on the Cobra. I worked on it for months straight, almost every day. This is the first car Ive ever owned thats so low to the ground, and im always looking down at it.

Now that work is completed, Im hoping my neck will feel better soon.
Anyone have a similar problem? LOL
