Default rear diff fluid change - 03 IRS

How do you change the fluid in a IRS rear diff???

The only way to do it is to suction out the old fluid through the fill hole. probably not an easy task to say the least. Why not just wait until it starts leaking, then pull the cover and change the fluid.

That fluid has a long life, so I wouldn't get in a hurry to do anything to it.
