Default Found some broken stuff, worn out stuff, leaking stuff. Need advice.

Forgive me if these are common problems, its all new to me.

First, wet around the steering shaft. Is this something I should repair, or is it common on Cobra's?

Next, broken motor mount. Im not surprised, the drivers side was already replaced.

Good thing I had these laying around:

Next, lower control arm bushings.... The front bushings do not seem right to me. Do they commonly wear out? I was gonna pull the springs tonight to cut them, but Id like to repair/upgrade/leave them alone all at the same time. Please give me your input:

Thanks in advance

zack, I haven't seen any leaking steering racks. I'm sure you could get a used unit somewhere for cheap. Its the the time to change it if the motor is out.

The lower control arm bushing look normal

My Ford parts guy is analyzing the parts diagram now to see if a seal is avaliable.
Ill give that a whirl first before I go replacing entire assembloes.
