Default Whining noise from rear?

My pops took the lightning to colorado.

He said when hes driving theres a constant whining noise he thinks if from the rear.

He said he didn't see any rubbing issues and no suspension problems (like blown shock)

Its not the engine either.

What could it be? Wheel bearing? Loose lugs? Brakes?
