Default Good Throw Out bearing to buy

I have the one that came w my spec 3+, but it whistles on startups now so time for a new one. What is a good one to go with?

Does Spec give you a Ford tob or is it still some aftermarket tob? I've known guys who've had issues with the Spec tob but I thought they had started including the oem tob in their clutch kits, I could be wrong though.

FRPP is the only route to go.
