Wix oil filters

They any good? I did an oil change on the Camaro last weekend, and the only parts store open at the time only had Wix filters. I went ahead and used one, but I've only ever used Delco on my car. The Wix was considerably longer than the OEM Delco filter, but I did a search and I they gave me the right one.

Napa Gold is for sure made by WIX, and I use them almost exclusively... not sure about the cheaper napa filters. but WIX for sure is a great brand, you did good.

Cool thanks guys. I knew the name Wix, but never heard anything about them before. Didn't want to end up with something like Fram.

For the $6.50 I paid for the filter, it better be good! I may start using that one instead of Delco, simply because of the size.

the extra size will also allow slightly more capacity... which in turn makes for cooler oil temps too (not much, but every degree counts)

JK. As mentioned above, I've never heard anything but good things about Wix. Better than Fram, that's for sure.

Yep, I got mine at Lee Auto Parts in Sandwich... sold as Wix.
