Need help with t45 tranny wiring into an 04 cobra

Has anyone ever put a t45 into a car with an 03 or 04 cobra motor? I did a swap into my 99 gt and Im going to use the t45 until I get more money to beef it up. The problem is the cobra motor is set up to use the t56 so im having trouble wiring up the t45 to the cobra motor. Anyone ever do this before or know of a solution?

the 02's and speed sensor should plug right in if im not mistaken... The only thing that wont plug in that you dont have on your trans is the reverse lockout switch/sensor. You can just tape that and zip tie it out of the way.

Heres some pictures of what I am trying to do. The first picture is of the tranny plugs which are connected on the top of my 04 cobra motor (Gray and Green) and the second picture is of the wiring harness for my t45. You can see where the other green 02 sensor is on the harness. I am assuming that two larger plugs I have circled in the pictures plug into one another, however they dont connect. I ordered a t56 wiring harness so I can try and repin what I need. If I figure this out Ill post a thread on how to do it. Thanks for the help
