Anyone know of a shop locally that does pretty well with diesels on the dyno?

I have a friend that has an F350 with the following:

"Cool box conical filter with 4" aluminum air inlet.
4" Exhaust all the way to 5" nozzle
Bulley dog programmer set to the third level (Performance)
B&D Turbo with up to 26lbs of boost (replaced Ford 4-10 lb. model)
Extra heavy duty serpentine belt idler more tension
After market serpentine fan belt
Piller gauges Pyro,Trany Temp,Oil Pressure

Right now the truck runs good but does not make the power I want. I am seeing 1100-1200
on exhaust temps. I believe I am running way lean. It may need an aftermarket set of injectors and a upgraded fuel delivery system."

Trying to help him find a good shop.

TIA,

Joe
