No it will not, the radio sends out low voltage signal for sound and a 5v turn on to the amp that turns on the amp and amplifies the low voltage signal and sends the sound to the speakers. If that makes sense.

If you take out the amps then you will not have any way of getting sound to the speakers short of running new lines to the speakers individually. Which in turn will give you a new problem.

The mach speakers are 2ohm speakers and your factory radio nor any aftermarket radio will work with 4-2ohm speakers.

So you have the option of leaving it alone, or Gutting it, Putting in an aftermarket radio, after market speakers, and running new speaker lines from the radio directly to each speaker, which will sound ok but would be much better with a 4 channel amp.

If your looking for weight savings going all aftermarket would save you a little weight because the mach amp rack with both amps weighs a shit ton.
