Spark plug reccomendations?

Will be running 21psi on the KB 2.2 for the early part of the season at least, shooting for 650-680whp with all supporting boltons. Car will only be running 100+ octane.

What brands/heat ranges have you guys had success with? Any to stay away from?

Now the inevitable...what is a ballpark for gap? I am going to use my feeler gauge to see what the old ones were gapped at but in case they are all crudded up or out of spec, just want a ballpark# to compare to.

Once I started spinning 18+ psi, I've always been .025-.028

However, I don't believe you're supposed to gap the iridiums (at least not the traditional way). I just put a set of BR7-EFS's in my car over the weekend and set the gap at .027 for what it's worth. I've never had any spark plug related issues using the plugs and gaps I've mentioned.
