A Good Floor Jack?

needs to go kinda high...



but not INDUSTRIAL where its like.. 6 feet long... but enough to get the car very high off the ground

i have one now that fits under my cobalt.. and its pretty fucking low. That will be fine for now.. id rather have one that sits high and goes high. Most people i do sidework for just have regular carzz

it is the BEST 200 i have ever spent on a tool... it will work for ANYTHING and ive even done a van with it.... its really really good. 2-3 pumps and ur balt is in the air

I borrowed that jack from someone at Byron to put my DR's on and it is REALLY nice. Next time my el cheapo jack craps out ill probably splurge on one.

thats the one i have! its low enough to fit under the GP (normal jack i had to lift the car up by hand and have someone shove it under) & it goes over 18" high which is plenty for me to get under it on a creeper. i need ot buy some jack stands that go that high though...

I got a larkin jack and it sucks balls. Cheap casters wont swivel under load and just drag across the concrete.

our shop had a couple floor jacks from napa and those always worked very well. definitely exceeded the max weight several times and they held up just fine.

And it comes with stands. This is what i bought with a left over gift card. Never failed me and its jacks up my Dads 300C no problem. And it goes pretty high too, ive got a massive and broad chest and i can creep under any of my cars.

A nice get together would be acceptable. As long as you let me drive the GT. We'll have a CRX/SVO/GT round robin of driving. then we can see how much Mustang technology (or lack of) has come in the last 20+yrs.
