Brake calipers?

I think that my rear calipers are froze. I am putting new brakes on and I cannot get the caliper in. Is there any special trick that I do not know about?

how are you trying to depress the piston?

I just got them in, I did not know the had to be turned.

LOL, you just reminded me, I have to return the tool to Autozone I got on loan to do just that. I offered to do a friend's brakes and did everything to get the piston pressed back in. Finally realized the piston had to be turned clockwise. The 2nd caliper was a lost cause, we bent the t-handle on the tool trying to turn the piston and wound up having to replace the caliper. First time I've seen this and I've done countless brake jobs.

Glad it worked out for you. I wish I saw your post earlier, I would have suggested turning it.
