Decent tire

My Bridgestone RE5050A pole positions are about to the point of being slicks on the back. Surprisingly they still grip like mo fo's due to the sticky 140 treadwear rating.

These things are about $150 a tire on tirerack.

Is there anything better for cheaper on a daily driver/weekend warrior 01 Cobra?

BFG g force sports (kinda suck in the rain). Kumho Ecsta ASX (amazing tire, but fugly)

I loved them, then again i rarely drove the car (no rain) and never raced on them. They last a long time though. To each his own i guess :alcoholic

I have the BFG sports on the front and they are fine. No complaints. Good on dry and wet.
