o2 Extensions?????

I have a question for you guys! Is there a reson you cand just splice into your o2s and extend them your self? Cause i dont see why i would pay to have already extended o2's if i can do it myself fo free? The only thing i see why you couldnt is if A:Its a special wire or B: if its a technical factor like ohms or resistance! I dont know i just thought i would throw that out there!:-o

Nothing but wire. But remember it sits by the exhaust so things tend to get hot. The extension you buy come with heat wrap on them.

When I installed the O/R Prochamber, one was too short, I think it was the driver side. I cut it in half, and spliced in some wire. Its been a few years now and still works fine.

yea, you can splice them out.. I would do 1 wire at a time to advoid confusion because there are 2 white wires that look identical. for an FYI, if you need to replace your o2 sensors, you can get the BOSCH sensors from Oriley's in longer lengths than factory. They are also cheaper so it's a win win.
