He's had this car since the early 70's. built the 429 thats in it in 75 and hasnt touched the engine since, still will run 12.8's all day. The body he also did back in the 70's and also hasnt touched it since. the paint that looks like its cracking is supposed to be like that, guess it used to be pretty popular, forget what its called. Interior is all original..except for the shag carpet and fuzzy dice of course. It used to have an old econoline straight axle in the front but he ended up having a custom tubular axle made for it. its manual, not sure which trans. 5.13 rear gear. this thing is absolutely ridiculous. if anyone went to the ford show at victor ford a few weeks ago you would have seen this car. they save a spot for it each year right up front by the building. here are some pics.

Badass :bigthumb:

My step-cousin bought a 1957 Chevy 210 gasser a few years back and is in the process of a full restoration to get it back to street use. No more solid front axle, and the 427 is getting worked over to be streetable ... booo.

i wonder how it is to turn... at anything over 15mph...

scary...he's used to it so its nothing for him to drive it, but its all over the road, bouncy as hell, drums all around..thats the scariest part. i cant imagine what it feels like right after he runs a 12.8 in that thing. trying to slow it down and what not. not something i want to do.
