does anyone know of where i can get a forged glovebox lock for an '01 mustang? i was casually hotfooting it today and when i punched it, the contents of my glove box exited onto my passenger seat floor and then a few made it to the backseat. i thought to myself, how dangerous is that? if i had a friend in the car at the time, they would have had a GPS unit launched at their nutz. and i don't know if there is an NHRA rule out there that states under a certain ET, you must have a forged glovebox lock. but i'm beginning to re-think the whole idea now. perhaps i could use it James Bond style if someone tries to car jack me by jumping into my passenger seat with a gun. except instead of a GPS unit, i will keep sharpened punji sticks with the dangerous side facing out. thoughts anyone?
