For reference, these motors have 129 CRANK hp from the factory, so he is claiming a nearly 30WHP gain from an intake, exhaust, and an air/fuel controller 'tune', he says its a 'street tune' and says he has Dyno Sheets

139whp and 122wtq on a I/H/E 1.5 liter motor,

for reference, the mazda direct injection 2.3 motor barely makes that, and its on the motor of the year list IIRC.

the bottom line is that he basically claims he is getting better than 100hp per liter on a stock SOHC 1.5 liter honda motor.
