I don't know if you mean the bearing in the pulley is worn or the tensioner itself is bad. The bearing can easily be replaced and a new one found at most auto stores. Or you could buy an entire pulley from Ford, slightly more costly, but simpler.
If the tensioner is bad, all you can do is go to Ford for it. I have no idea how much they cost. Sorry.
