Rear end Pop/Tink Halfshaft Pics

I keep losing the pics of my halfshaft when I had the pop/tink from SVTPerformance's site and guys keep PMing me asking me for them. I will post them here so you guys can see them and so I can direct anyone who asks to this site. If you have the starting out in first rear pop/tink, these pics show where Chicago Mike's and my mechanics think the problem is.

Here's a few more. I showed all the pics to my dealer and it convinced them to fix the problem. It's was fine for many months, but now the damned noise is coming back

I don't see how Ford can say a little grease is going to fix the worn teeth... It's obvious in my pics and your pics that the teeth are worn.
