id almost bet there are more 8.1s in boats than there are vehicles... i would actually definitely make that bet.

but big difference from the 8.1 to the 6.0 ?

alot more torque EVERYWHERE. 6.0 is a significant motor power : displacment, but... the 8.1 is just awesome. It's like an old 454 suburban compared to a 350.... night and day lol.

And yeah, between the 496 Mags and Mag H/O's there's probably many more in marine applications than in any vehicle...

but why? imo there really isn't much reason for a dually unless you have a stupid amount of weight over the rear axle. something a suburban couldn't because it a) doesnt have a bed so it can't have too much cargo and b) doesnt have a bed so it can't have a gooseneck or 5th wheel...

trucks with receivers just can't have that much weight on the tongue of trailers.... no matter the vehicle.
