they got calls about a large group of bikes on the highway. So they set up a road-block that essentially stopped everyone except the bikes.
edit- and I guess this is a major annual cruise and the cops have had to deal with them for a few years now. other videos on youtube show tons of people riding wheelies and stunting on the highway next to cops that are acting as police escorts. I'm sure the cops are sick of dealing with their shit
LOL!!! That's awesome, so they made the road block to stop bikes from riding on the highway (is this illegal?) and instead stopped everyone else.
Theres actually a couple different views from other riders.. One guy does a wheelie as soon as he gets past them and a few guys pull right up to the cops..
I went on the Q101 ride one time and it was lead by the state troopers. They were cool as fuck though. They lead the ride down 355 with about 400 bikers. I was toward the end of the group and I was doing about 90mph trying to keep up with the cops. THen some assholes in cars tried cutting into the group and the cops would pull them off the road.
Gotta tell you though, lots of dumbfucks posers on that ride though.
I saw a honda Civic driving like an ass on the highway, then got in an accident.
No wonder I hate all Honda drivers.

Like the guy that had to fly in between me and another car while I was doing 80 on 90? Was that necessary? Im already speeding, and you fly IN BETWEEN me and another moving vehicle like I was standing still.

Out of all the bikers people see on a daily basis they only remember the ones that ride like douchebags and then figure everyone is like that.

Reading the comments on youtube from different angles and also videos from people in cars, they said the road had been closed from an accident and as the bikes came up they just finished clearing it.
