Squeal from front axle on Jeep Grand Cherokee

So now that I'm driving my company truck all the time, my Jeep has sat for about 3 weeks. I hopped in it last night and took off, and from sitting it's developed a mystery squeal from the front left wheel. It is speed dependent, but is constant from 15-45 mph, and then quits. Not affected by braking, and it's not from a bad wheel bearing. What else could this be?

is there rust on the rotors? also, check and make sure the backing plate isnt touching the rotor.

There might have been, but it's been in a climate controled garage. It didn't do it this morning. So I have no idea what it would be, but its gone down on the list of priorities, as the front Vari-loc has decided to stay locked...im hoping a simple fluid change will get it to release. I couldn't give two shits if it ever worked again.
