remote start issue viper 5900

so I just got a viper 5900 installed in a 09 Mitsu lancer with the intelikey. now the issue is when you try to start the car normally or after a remote start, sometimes the ignition acts as though its locked up and wont turn to the on/start position. ive also tried to start it with the physical key with the same results.

is anyone familar with remote starts with the intelikeys or if this is a known issue with vipers? or does anyone have any idea what the issue can be?

pretty sure its wired wrong. pass air bag off light is flashing with a passenger. and when trying to start it, the radio acts weird

If the DBall is not wired correctly it can cause a lot of issues.
