I wonder if it should be 153,000 miles rather than 53,000 because he says it's got some miles on it from highway driving but 53,000 isn't high. It's actually quite low for the year.

Also, watch out on an 04. There were a lot of issues with them with regards to quality.

Carfax and Experian show 53K. The car has been well maintained per Carfax too.

Also shows this car passed emissions in California not more then 1 1/2 months ago. No other information about auction or title in Indiana. I guess it could have been driving there and never titled. There are a lot of scams going on Ebay. The fact this seller has no (0) feedback is a red flag for me.

Well, it would have had a warranty until 50k so I would hope it was well maintained. Everything was covered up until then. :)

I'd still be cautious of an 04' 5 series either way. Their problems are pretty del documented. Three BMW's you don't want: 2002 745i, 2004 5 series, 2006 M5.

Says it was in an accident. I'd be cautious.

Specifically it had an accident "Front/Center" in Feb, and then popped up at Auction 5 months later, and then sold to a new owner another 3 months later...

Makes me think it was a write-off and/or the owner was having issues with it and/or didn't want it after the accident or went to auction, was repaired, and then resold...
