GM 5.3L motor.. Catback or full exhaust?

I know you can get decent sound and couple other benefits from catback, anyone go full exhaust on these motors? Waste of time and $$ for a couple more HP on a 6,000lb truck

just throw a muffler on. I went full exhaust b/c I went all the way w/my swap, but technically its still the stock catback

LPP LT's w/ORY
stock catback but w/a Magnaflow muffler spliced in.

LT's will hurt your low end, and shorties are pointless. Stock piping flows just fine, but a aftermarket muffler will help. Fuck that stock barrel of a muffler
