Finally did it and need advice

So I finally got rid of my 02 Infiniti QX4 and got a 2011 Nissan Armada with 30k miles. It has a CPO, bumper-to-bumper for 7 years, 100k. The car also has brand new leather seats, they replaced the cloth ones. It looks pretty funny next to my Lotus considering how big the Armada is.

The only question now is which remote starter to get and how to get it installed. I have not kept up with remote starter options and just want something reliable. Any good options?

In looking the Python 991 looks pretty good. Hopefully JD will chime in or anyone else with this unit.

The 991 is a nice unit. Dei makes a good product. The armada is one of the more advanced installs buy nothing a good installer can't handle. This is something I could take care of for you at the shop no.problem.

Nice upgrade! Although, I will offer my warning on this one... keep an eye on that 5.6, as they're known to prematurely go through timing chains/ tensioners. But you got warranty for that

JD, where is your shop located? Any other units I should consider? I like the idea of two way communication. Also. I do not want to bury a key in the dash.

Outlaw, thanks for the info. The engine is nice and powerful, makes sense why it goes through those items being it is so powerful for such a large vehicle.

I am the lead installer at the south Elgin best buy. The viper 5901 is also nice or the viper Vss5000. Using the Db-all bypass you will not lose a key.

JD if I buy online can I bring it to you to still perform the installation? Last question, what do you think of the Python 1401? I know it is not two-way communication, but it is inexpensive online today being Cyber Monday.

the Python 580 Is a nice 2 way unit and can be found for under $140 right now you can also find the Code Alarm CA6551 and Audiovox Aps997c Prestige on the cheap too all good units
