Where to get Used tires?

I got a nail in one of my tires, a while back. It still held air so I didn't bother replacing it. When the weather got cold, it started leaking air so I kept driving it and filling it up as needed. Fast forward to today, It won't hold air anymore and is pretty worn out. The other 3 are kinda worn out but still have 2-3 months worth of life.

Any recommendations on where to buy used tires locally? Or should I bite the bullet and get 4 new tires? I rather not spend a lot if I can avoid it, at least not until December.

Is it bad if I mix and match tires even if they are the same size?

Ive always gone behind Toyota late at night and grabbed what I needed from their "garbage tires" You can find close to new tires back there because they told some poor old lady she needs new tires just to make a quick buck.
