The car makes approximately 1300HP to the crank with the TH400 trans!!

Final Number: 951whp @ 30psi

There is a lot of room left in this setup. The turbos won't lose their efficiency until well into the high 30psi realm if not higher. This will be an excellent start to get Vlad deep into the single digits.

Build Specs:
SP Built BC 4.1L Stroker
SP Twin Turbo kit with Precision 6262 CEA turbos
SP Big Fuel System
SP TH400 Built Auto Trans conversion
SP Rear Wheel Drive Conversion
ProEFI Pro128 Standalone ECU
Custom 10pt Roll Cage and Chute
Sleeper OEM muffler with SP 4" Boost Activated Exhaust Cutout

Very cool... Love big power in cars like that! I don't fully understand how it is losing an estimated 349 hp through the trans and driveline though... That's a whopping 37% drivetrain loss! (1300 crank hp/951 rwhp). I've typically seen 15-20% drivetrain losses thrown around... Does the percentage of drivetrain loss increase as more power is made?

Effin sick guys. And to me the turbo location seems like a match made in heaven. I have always wondered about a vacuum operated exhaust valve. How well do they hold up to quick boosting cars and high pressure?

i too am interested in this.

Funny you guys should mention this. The Cutout on this car is boost activated, but I have just finished a VACUUM actuated exhaust cutout :)
