i have a ltwt flywheel and ordered a new sachs clutch for my 93 325is. but i was then reading and saw someone say to go with a sprung hub to keep drive ability.

my question as a manual noob is, what is the difference? what kind of issues will i have with out a sprung hub? should i send the sachs back (any pay a 15% restocking fee) and buy a sprung hub?

unsprung hub is more likly to break parts when launched hard
figure this....the springs allow some give much like your suspension springs....vs a car without any suspension.... ever ride in a car/minibike/gocart with a solid suspension?

that makes sense, unfortunately. i was hoping to get the car up and running but i guess it will be another week... :hs:

i appreciate te quick response. now get off of here and go fix Andy's shit so him and i can get that monte on the road. :bigthumb:
