Pulley removal/reinstallation (James, wanna step inside?)

My pulley isn't really a press on (its Keyed) so James and I were able to remove it to machine it a while back SUPER easily. I tightened back on the best I could using an old belt to hold it still with as much as I could, but is there a 'proper' way to hold the pulley still while tightening?

Also James (or whoever) any link to a cheap pulley puller for my 2.2 pulley (and or a place to rent one again so I can install my 2.0 pulley?)

They sell those rubber wrench things. I've used those too

I'd think you could just tighten it completely once the belt is back on. Is it the same puller as the 3800 guys use?
