MT Streets Vs. Nitto 555R Vs. Nitto 05R

For the strip only I would do a M/T.
For me cuz I do a good deal of everyday street driving though I'm gonna go with the Nitto

No... There is one regarding sidewall Vs Tire, and one about the nittos...

And there's a M/T vs nitto thread, there's an M/T DR vs Slick thread, there's a Nitto vs ALL thread. Search drag radial and i'll bet you find 20-30 threads.

I was actually about to make this thread, I have 555R's that worked well, but now with a stall gears suspension and spray I'm not sure how well they'll hook.
The other thing is that I drive the car about 5k miles a year
The 555r's made 30+ track passes and 12k miles last year and still have 1/4 tread left and I bought them used off of eagle.

I cut a 1.8 60' with them heated up well enough and they worked great on the street
But I think I'm going to go with the NT05's this year and see how well they work/wear compared to the 555r's

555Rs are have great wear and work decent, but dont work as well as a MT or M&H- but either of these will wear pretty quick.

They're kids that work for some random store. I doubt they can do anything aside from the quick 2-4 tire install side job. We need an actual tire vendor, something of the sort. Someone that isn't just a worker of a place, more like the manager and offers something that is reliable and can actually happen. That's what i'm talkin bout. Ebay prices without shipping. WIN.

I think they would be beneficial on a stalled, cammed 5.0 ranger pickup.

But I agree with most others, it doesn't negate the fact that there are 15 other threads on this topic...
