Last I heard he was looking at getting stock WS6 wheels and widening them...

Just the standard WS6 speedline wheels used from 2001-2002. Yeah, was thinking about having them widened but the more I looked at it, the more I decided not to. With the stock offset I would have needed to use a 1" spacer and bang the fenders a little.

Also looking at replica WS6 hoods, but wouldn't badge it as a WS6 of course.

Yup, will need new tires all the way around. Only 8,000 miles on the 16-inch tires so it should be easy to sell them. Looking at 275s front and rear for the new 17s.

The OEM hoods I've seen have been $800-$1,000. The replica I'm looking at is $495, and I don't know how much paint would be.

Been researching those and I think I'm gonna go with the 555R again. The NT05 isn't a replacement for the 555R but is a more aggressive drag radial with less street life.

It measures in at 25.79" diameter according to Nitto's specs... I'm looking to get closer to 28.

That's the plan. Might pick up some mild lowering springs for the rear and then with the adjustable coil overs up front make a pretty mean stance.

The NT05R is supposed to be alot taller than the 555R's.

Yeah the height difference isn't as much as I thought, a little over 1/8".
