I don't believe I have heard anything about subies being targeted yet, but I know for a fact Evos are getting hit pretty hard in the Chicagoland area.
I live further south of the city in Manteno. Monday night my locked Evo was stolen out of my locked garage. Just yesterday someone else's was taken from Palatine from an apartment parking lot. Last week someone else's was taken. Another owner got lucky and they were only able to break into it and they ran for some reason. They were caught on a camera. And I believe there were a couple more in the past few weeks as well.

There were other posts made, but I can't find them. I believe we will be making a global thread for everyone in the Chicago area eventually and will update this thread when it is created.
It is a long shot that anything can be done or come from this. But at least we can do what we can to stop it from happening more (at least TRY). If you know of any subies having a problem in the area, email me directly at [email protected]. Or if possible pass around the flyer from the attempt thread to other forums you visit. Link here:
