My Type-R instrument cluster is acting funny, can anyone take these apart and fix them?

I can steal the car with a flat head and a phillips head also......


What is it doing? More commonly its a sensor/wiring issue than the cluster.

the speedo is jumping all the way to 140 mph under acceleration but acts normal under regular driving. The odometer is spinning like crazy when accelerating hard so I dont know what its deal is

Sounds like your VSS, which does go bad fairly commonly IIRC.

VSS does the speedo and odo, assuming no CEL's, Pull it out, and clean the crap out of it and check for loose connections.
