anyone be interested in an HID group buy?

I have about 10 orders for HID's to go in to www.sharphid.com, and I thought I'd see if anyone else would be interested in ordering? I don't know how much they would be, but I ASSume maybe we could get 10% off or more?

I got these lights for my gtp, and they are great, plus their stuff has a lifetime warranty, no questions asked.

I recommend the ddm style 55w, which are between 50-80 list depending on what style bulb.

Please post up what you would want, including the style bulb and i will send the email

Well yeah, but real projectors are like $1000 so why are these 40 and include balasts and bulbs, etc...

Because they're retrofits which actually worsen light output unlike a true projector which increases light output greatly.

So if i currently have non HID projector headlight would these be ok for me to use and still increase light output?

It depends on what you want. Projectors are the way to go no doubt.

I like the HIDs in my stock headlights, but that is because GP headlights stuck either way so I might as well get a nice clean white light out of them instead of that yellow junk.

I also have the 35 w kit, in 5000 so mine are more white and it is a DDM kit. I will be at Luke's tonight. I have them in my headlights and fogs.

Yea blinding and scattered. Not ideal for seeing down the road. The few feet in front of you may be lit up more giving the appearance of better light output but where it actually counts is far worse.

Oh I knew that for 3 years. I wasn't aware at just how bad they were till I got my Wrx. The light output is great for a halogen!

You had a 97-03, what is great is the 04+ are no better! Even with my projector fog lamps on the GXP. Talk about fail!
