Monte Carlo Hot Wheels

To the best of my knowledge, Hot Wheels is the only model manufacturer that has all but one Monte Carlo generation depicted in some way, shape or form ... and I now have at least one of each generation! Pics are not the best, though....


1st Gen (1970)...

2nd gen (1973-5)...

3rd gen (1980)...

4th gen (1987)...

Next generation (Intimidator Concept, 1999 ... for 2000+ models)...

One of the best ways I found to search for diecast trans ams is to use ebay to search. If someone made it, someones trying to sell it on ebay...lol

LOL...so true. I've found quite a few models on there that I had never seen before in stores....

Yes ... I know! I need to get one of those sometime soon! I haven't seen 'em yet, though.

I also have learned that Hot Wheels is planning another MC model ... a 1987 MC SS ... stock-looking, like the '70 MC I have. I'm interested to see how it will look, given the "Chevy Stocker" they had for that generation....
