Which Brake Pads...

So with the nice weather here, it's time for me to upgrade the brakes on the GP. Current set up is 10.9 (stock) cross drilled rotors with Hawk ceramic pads.

I am going with the caliper from an '07 Chevy Impala (11.9 size) and probably blank rotors. Maybe slotted rotors.

Note: This is a DD in the city.

As for brake pads, I'm thinking about:

EBC makes a great pad but most people that run Reds on a DD end up chewing the shit out the rotors. Id go with greens personally.

Had Hawk HPS on the Mustang and they worked very well.

I have track hawks on my car I don't personally know how they are compared to the HPS, but mine create retarded amount of brake dust. Probably because it's mostly a track pad though.

NAPA Adaptive One brake pads work very well. I recently installed them on my fiance's car and was impressed.

if you're not going to a track i really don't think it matters much. go by brake dust or something.

The Hawk HPS pads were not bad with the dust by any means when I had them.
