Gettin the G8 fixed up..

So the time has come to do some fixing up on the G8. Basically going to fix up and re-paint the front bumper cover. No major damage but the shit irks the fuk out of me. So im thinking in the process im going to do this below in the link. Along with doing the honeycomb part and grills gloss black. What do you guys think of this below with the addition of the gloss black.

Im also getting my tails tinted except the white part/backup light and the yellow reflectors in the front are getting blacked out.

Are they just a plain black plastic color? Like that faded greyish color? I'd say do it.

+1 Your car is only slightly older than mine, and I have only one little blemish on the rear bumper.....that I put there.

Pretty much a dull black/grayish color. Im assuming someone kinda hit me in the rear and left a few paint chips and small dent/line. The front has some nice scratches that were my fault from not paying attention to how low the front is (newbie). Nothing major but noticeable and it makes me sad .

I hear ya. I scratched my back bumper when I put a small metal filing cabinet behind the car to put in the trunk. I went back in the house to lock up, and came back out and fogot that I had put something behind the bumper. Bam!

Ahh, it was you. So now you're most likely getting the rear bumper repainted from getting rear-ended. That's perfect! I wish someone would rear-end the Mustang and I could get a new bumper and some paint.

Turns out im not going to be able to get the body work done before Saturday. Oh well, look for me in the beatup G8 on Sat... (hopefully the weather is good)

Should look nice. Id also paint over the chrome grill boarder and the chrome boarder along the door. That never sat right with me.
