in for 9s :x:

will post up vid when its available

Word is in that Russan, Switzer P800 tuned, Nissan GT-R owner Oleg, has broken the world record for quarter mile ET when he ran 10.193 yesterday.

We’re told that, in addition to the Switzer P800 package, the car was running 19″ Dymag lightweight carbon fibre wheels fitted with 315/30R19 Hoosier R6 tires. The car was also running VP Racing MS109 race gas. Even with the super sticky Hoosiers the car constantly spun the tires a good way down the strip.

It’s early days yet but according to our source, a video is inbound soon.

another p800 car at an actual track, running all seasons. the mph is for sure there :eek3:

As some of you may know my car sports a Switzer P800 package. I mostly road race this thing, but recently I worked with Switzer and we tuned the car to P850 settings.
So I decided to drive down to a regional strip this after noon.

1st Run 10.8xx @ 141 MPH (please see picture below) NO LC USED
2nd back to back run 10.7xx @141 MPH (will have both slip scanned soon) NO LC USED

Made few passes, got similar results.
Car ran strong. No hick up, no nothing.

I believe this car is capable of 9 secs, considering it ran a 10.7 and its still on all season tires.

All in all, it was a fun afternoon.
