holy fuck.

After a long time in the making, the car finally got to Kurgan Motorsports for a dyno tune.
260 miles round trip in the pouring rain on a new combo can test your nerves!

A few pics of my ride:

We couldnt tune it on 93 octane because it made 24psi through the Whipple3.4.
So I drained the 93 and in went the race gas.
First pull and spark blowout was obvious. Bob Kurgan made a quick trip to the showroom and grabbed some new plugs better suited for my combo and gapped them to .022 for me. After those were in and a few pulls later.... Bob dialed it in and the car made 655/565 :dancenana:
The feeling of success after so many years/different combos made my day.
...But the mighty Marauder was not done yet

Giggle gas time! I had it jetted for a 100shot and away we went.....
To the tune of 715rwhp and 640rwtq
I was so stoked that it made the # I expected it to and it stayed together. With the Nitrous taking up the gaps in the rotors, it went from 24psi to 26psi, all on a bone stock 30k 2003 Terminator Longblock through a 4R70W.
BAD FREAKIN ASS, I cant wait to hit the track with it!

Here is the Video of the final pull on the smack. The run is from 3000 to 6500
I still cant believe how fast this thing revved on the juice, enjoy the vid.

Hey Guys, just a little update.
Took the Marauder to 41 yesterday and ran [email protected] first pass with a 1.57 60'. NO NITROUS.

2nd pass snapped the axle!

Anyway, the best part of the day was meeting Nason (owner of K&M Transmissions in Schererville, IN) I recognized his truck and asked if he had an extra spot on his car hauler. He said yep, no problem and got me loaded up and towed home. I asked for the bill once home and he refused any money. Guys like this dont come around often and I wanted to publicly thank him and recommend him to everyone here. I hear he is good with all makes/models of transmissions.

Anyway, got my new axles/diff ordered and hope to hit the track again on October 18th.
