03' 4.0L Jeep

My dad has been have a reoccuring CEL on his 03 4.0L Wrangler. It comes and goes, and we really haven't been able to trace it down. The car doesn't really get driven very hard, and it usually doesn't drive more than 2 miles in a day. ONly has 41,xxx miles on it right now. I drove it today, and it just felt a little sluggish, I was going to pull the plugs tomorrow, and swap them out. But other than that, any of you Jeep guys have any ideas?

The problem is every time we go to pull the codes, the CEL goes away. So we can never really figure out what they are...I'll go anyways and see if there are any saved up that they can still pull.

Huh, I also have an 03 Jeep Wrangler 4.0L with 41k on it. Yours isnt dark green with the dark brown top is it cause that would be weird...

No.....It's bright yellow with a black top and an auto....

P0123, Throttle Position Sensor. It is intermittent, so that leads me to believe that it is a bad connection, I'll try and pull then sensor, and clean it off and clean off the connectors and see what that does, before I just replace the sensor.
