I JUST saw a I6 Envoy with an open trailer and a Jeep Wrangler strapped down on it. I didnt get a chance to talk to the guy as I had a boat to launch, but I'd assume its not THAT bad. The V8 would be a MUCH better choice over the I6 though, I drive quite a few TB's and Envoys and unless they have the tow package (better gearing, though still nothing special) and/or the V8, they are dogs.

Tommy... just buy a TBSS. 6600lbs capacity.

More fun to drive anyway. ;)

We pull our camper which is almost 3000lbs loaded, and you really cant notice the thing is back there.

For fun I tried finding a 5.3 Trailblazer in my area. There was only 1 within 150 miles and it was almost $20K. For that, might as well buy a TBSS.

Although I hear the AWD trans and the 4T65E are battling it out for the who will break under stock power first award.
